Instructor Bio - Rolling Class
Jody Jett
With more than ten years of guiding experience on big rivers, Jody Jett brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our paddling program.
He's rafted and kayaked on numerous rivers around the United States, as well as in Central America and Africa.
In the past several years he's been running the waters of the White Nile in Uganda, the Pacuare in Costa Rica,
and the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. Jody currently resides in Flagstaff, Arizona where he's working
on an Master's Degree in English. In between teaching classes and grading papers, you can find Jody kayaking
the Salt and Verde Rivers in Arizona.

ROLLING YOUR KAYAK
Cost: $149 per person
Time: 9am - 4 pm
Offered: Saturdays
Dates: 5/1, 6/12, 7/10,
8/14, 9/4
Details: Wet exits, use of sprayskirts, hip snap, paddle technique, rolling.
Equipment: Kayaks, PFD, paddle, sprayskirt, & bottled water are included.
Skill Level: Intermediate +
Minimum Age: 14 years +
Pre-requisite: Rescues
