Questions

Where do we meet the morning of the tour?
Our van will pick you up at a designated hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. We pick up at most major Strip hotels, or within walking distance of most. Details will be on your confirmation, or you can call our office to speak to a reservation specialist.

What time will we get back?
You should arrive back at your hotel at approximately 7pm, depending on traffic and the season.

What is included during the trip?
Paddlecraft (canoe/kayak/SUP), paddles, PFD's, a dry bag, and basic instruction is provided. Guided tours include snacks, a water bottle, and a healthy picnic lunch. You will have a professional guide to assist and offer insight as well as share knowledge. Round trip transportation to and from Las Vegas, along with all in-park transfers, permits, and fees is also included.

Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! We offer student rates, which are discounted $10. You must supply a valid/current student ID to qualify.

Do you offer any discounts for children (or other)?

What kind of experience do your Guides have?
Our guides have varying degrees of personal outdoor experience, and all successfully complete training that is above and beyond what is required by local, state, and federal regulations. They possess a vast knowledge of the history of the area, wildlife, plants, weather patterns, and river currents. Before they can become trip leaders, they must undergo an intense training programs which includes group management, risk management, rescue techniques, wind and weather, river kayaking, towing, physical skills tests, and written tests. All guides are certified in CPR/AED, Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder, Leave No Trace ethics, and all USDOT regulations. We carry satellite phones, marine radios, SPOT GPS trackers, or cell phones on our trips.

No. Alcohol is not allowed on day trips. Please understand, safety is our main concern.
